Cement Mold for Building Commercial Bus Bench Legs:
This commercial grade, pre-fabricated mold is reusable and will make two: cement bus bench legs measuring 40" tall x 28" wide and 6" thick. The mold comes apart after each pouring of cement to enable you to easily remove the new bench legs for curing and enables you to clean the mold for repeated use.
Our cement mold will enable you to build commercial grade bus bench legs
for heavy pedestrian traffic use at city bus stops. The finished
wooden-cement bus bench is excellent for advertising on and conforms to most
bus bench advertising business owners. Also this cement leg mold meets the
majority of bus bench advertising city franchise construction codes and
materials. If properly maintained the bench will last for many years and is
more comfortable than if made by all steel construction. Benches with steel
seating or backs will conduct heat or cold much greater than wood. In other
words a metal bench in the summer or in warm climate areas will get very hot
to the touch (definitely not good for wearing shorts) and in the winter very
cold to the touch. This is why you see so many commercial outdoor benches
made with exterior pressure treated lumber and annually maintained with a
bruch-on sealer. There are a number of companies making or selling all steel
constructed benches. However they don't have to handle the complaints from
the city on cold or hot days from irate bus riders who sat on them, or the
potential lawsuits!
Bus bench construction costs will vary depending upon you area material
costs. Normally you can build the bus bench complete for about $200.00. On
the higher end includes a steel constructed bus bench with wooden seating
and plexiglas ad framing for about $700.00 manufactured. We make both bus
bench models, plus the new, smaller, economy grocery benchad model for store
front advertising and the front of convenience stores. We can usually offer
